At least eight people have been killed by gunmen in the Russian city of Perm, officials say.
The bomber struck shortly after noon in front of a police recruiting center.
Students and teachers surrounded themselves in the university building and some people were seen jumping out of windows.
It is not clear how many people were injured, but Russian police say the attacker has been taken into custody.
