According to the Bahraini News Agency, the Civil Aviation Department has decided to ban passengers from six countries on the recommendation of the National Medical Committee.The statement said that entry to Bahrain from South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Lesotho and Aswatina has been banned.
The Department of Civil Aviation says "passengers from all countries on the list of prohibited countries have been red-listed. No flights can enter Bahrain from prohibited countries."
The Department of Civil Aviation says that Bahraini holders, Bahraini citizens will be exempt from this. Special security measures will be taken on their arrival.
