Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has said he plans to visit the United Arab Emirates in February as the two countries move forward to put an end to years of strained relations.
The Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi visited Ankara last week, his first visit to Turkey since 2012.
During the visit, a number of agreements were reached between Turkey and the UAE in Ankara on Wednesday in the presence of President Tayyip Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Crown Prince Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan of Abu Dhabi.
According to the Emirati news agency WAM, the UAE had announced the establishment of a دس 10 billion fund to promote investment in Turkey.
Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, said: Emphasis was placed on the potential for economic development.
