Madrid: Prosecutors in Spain have recommended the court to send famous singer Gloria Shakira to prison for eight years in the tax fraud case.According to international media, Colombian singer Shakira is accused of tax fraud, in which it is said that the world-famous singer stole 15 million dollars in taxes between 2012 and 2014.
The public prosecutors have requested the court to send Shakira to jail for 8 years in the case of being found guilty. According to the prosecutors, the singer is facing a total of 6 cases in this regard. Shakira has rejected the offer.
Shakira's response has been that she has been accused of baseless charges and has paid all taxes on her income, including fines.
