According to the new regulations, women who wish to obtain a driving license of Saudi Arabia who have a license from an Arab country other than the Gulf countries must complete the prescribed course to obtain a Saudi driving license.
Women with driving licenses from Gulf countries, Europe, America and South Africa will be exempted from this ban, they do not need to take a test to get a Saudi driving license.
However, those women who have a driving license from a country other than the above-mentioned countries will have to take a driving test after completing the relevant driving school course to get a Saudi license, after which they will be issued a driving license.
