New cases of corona are steadily declining in the UAE. A further 115 corona patients have been confirmed in the last 24 hours on Saturday, October 16.
"The number of victims has risen to 738,487," the UAE's state news agency WAM quoted the health ministry as saying.According to the Ministry of Health, a further 362,508 tests were carried out in the country during the last 24 hours with the help of modern diagnostic equipment.
Out of the 159 patients affected by the epidemic, 159 have fully recovered and the number of those who have recovered has increased to 732,143.
"There have been no deaths among the patients under treatment in the last 24 hours, bringing the death toll to 2,118," the statement said.
The ministry has again directed the public to take precautionary measures and maintain social distance.
In addition, according to the announcement of the Ministry of Health, in the last 24 hours, another 41,271 doses of corona vaccine have been given. So far, a total of 2686,282 doses of vaccine have been given.
