Pakistan has defeated West Indies by seven wickets in the warm up match of ICCT 20 World Cup.
Babar Azam and Fakhr Zaman batted well for Pakistan. Babar Azam scored 50 runs while Fakhr Zaman played an unbeaten innings of 46 runs.
West Indies won the toss and elected to bat first and scored 130 runs for the loss of seven wickets in the stipulated 20 overs.
For West Indies, Shimron Hitmer scored 28, Chris Gayle 20, Kiran Pollard, 23 and Lindell Simmons 18 runs.
For Pakistan, Shaheen Shah Afridi, Hassan Ali and Haris Rauf got two wickets each while Emad Wasim got one wicket.
In reply, Pakistan achieved the target in 15.3 overs at a loss of three wickets. Captain Babar Azam was dismissed for 50 runs while Fakhr Zaman remained unbeaten on 46 runs.
