Talking to Sabq News, Engineer Abdullah Al-Sayed, the caretaker of Ghamiqa Municipality, said that the hot spring is an important place for recreation in the area. It attracts a large number of tourists from home and abroad.

It should be noted that this natural hot spring was completely destroyed in the year 2018 due to the breakage of the rain dam of Al-Laith valley.
Before the dam broke and the springs were destroyed, the municipality had built special wooden cabins, under which the steam rising from the hot water, which has a temperature of 80 degrees Celsius, enters through the holes in the cabins. The natural sauna worked.
